Kookai basic top, Camilla pants, Zara heels, Peeptoe rings
Last Thursday night I attended Melbourne-based dance company Vertical Shadows' production of 'The White Prince' at the Arts House, Meat Market in North Melbourne. It was such an incredible visual experience with the combination of intricate lighting plots, emotive music choices, animation and, of course, the very talented dancers themselves. Congratulations to the cast and everyone involved!
I've been dying to wear
the new Camilla pants I purchased at their Melbourne warehouse sale last weekend, (mentioned on divaesmoi
so I kept the rest of my outfit quite simple and wore them as my feature piece for the night. I usually prefer to keep my outfits quite basic and liven them up with bold accessories and statement shoes, however,
I do have exceptions to the unwritten rule...like these pants!
The beautiful print is what first caught my eye; it's so vibrant and exotic and so iconically Camilla I instantly fell in love with it! The gorgeous silk fabric and flowy design also makes them insanely comfortable.
I'm a huge fan of this Australian label, with their unique and beautifully crafted investment pieces, not to mention the creator and designer, Camilla Frank, has a theatre background (perfect considering the event I was attending). I hope to include more of her pieces in my wardrobe very soon.
